Drummond cleared of paramilitary links. Embassy shakeup targets energy interests: "the shuffle would see the government upgrade or open about a half-dozen new foreign offices - including in regions with emerging mining and energy interests - as it contemplates closing others to save money... In Mongolia, Canadian mining interests have been pushing for a stronger Canadian involvement to help corporations operate in the country."
