Innu protest labrador bombing
In the 1980s, Innu people (such as the women pictured) occupied runways on military bases in Labrador to protest low-level flying, only to face mass arrests by the Canadian government. The Department of National Defence was flogging Innu territory as war training areas at the Paris Arms Show in June.
